Flexible polyurethane foam

G & G Mega Materassi has carefully followed material development for bedding systems. Today, our company also deals with manufacturing polyurethane foam mattresses. The main features of this product is that they are environmentally sustainable and flexible. Polyurethane foam is actually a recyclable material. More specifically, the offcuts during processing can be crushed and then re-compacted to obtain a perfectly reusable product (polyurethane agglomerate). The blocks that are produced have a density which range from 80 to 250 Kg / m3 depending on the size of the particles. Then, depending on our customer's needs and requirements, we are therefore able to obtain products with more or less elasticity. Resin and acrylic fibers

Polyurethane foam mattresses are completely hypoallergenic. This means that, in addition to the excellent ergonomic performance due to flexibility and density, these materials help with sleep at all times of the year. Furthermore, when properly maintained, they are guaranteed to be durable for a long time. This is also down to the materials that are used in the upholstery. Resin-coated and acrylic fibres make it easier to remove covers, to help protect the material (inherently very sensitive) and make the shapes softer to look at. Polyurethane is also mixed with normal and fireproof polyester fabrics (also hypoallergenic). These can be custom-made with company logos.
