For over 20 years, G & G Mega Materassi goes hand in hand with excellence when coming up with ways to sleep well. Throughout our company history, we found out that the product's craftsmanship and the precision of industrial processing methods can be blended together. Due to fusing innovation and tradition, we know how to customise made-to-measure mattresses whilst keeping an eye on the shape, size, materials and the way that it's made. This is then strengthened by the technology that we have acquired and our skilled workers, so that we are able to produce over 120 items a day and possibly reaching up to 400 units.
We have set our sights on making high-quality and durable items when it comes to fabric quilting and cutting polyurethanes, gluing and assembly, and sewing and packaging. Our large warehouse and our vacuum press help us in storing large amounts so that we can make sure our custom-made mattresses, pillows and beds are delivered in a timely fashion. The quality of our customised mattresses largely depends on the quality of the selected materials. We rely on European semi-finished products that comply with the strictest international safety standards. The polyurethanes are chosen from Bayer, and the spring steel is supplied by leading companies in the industry in Portugal. In other words, we have consciously chosen the best raw materials during every stage of making our custom-made mattresses.
